About me:

I was born in Millboro, VA. I grew up on a farm that consisted of horses, cows, chickens, and any other animal that my mother could find to rescue. I attended Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, VA and finished with a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science in 2003. I have spent most of my years after college teaching. I have taught all grade levels, but I have to say that teaching middle school is my absolute favorite!

Before becoming a teacher, I played many sports. I played basketball, soccer, and softball. I ran track (indoor and outdoor), and I was on the dance team (in college too) and even danced at the superbowl!!
