All exams will be in person and on campus at Green Level HIgh School. Most locations will be the main or auxiliary gym - located outside the Commons Area. If a student has accommodations, they have locations in the Student Services, classrooms or the Media Center. Please see the "Schedule" tab for more information.
Students will test at tables - sitting two to each table. When students enter the main or aux gyms, you will place all bags to the left side of the room and any food/drinks for the break only (no items will be allowed at testing tables) will be taken outside of your bags and placed to the right side of the room. You will not be allowed to go to your bags until the test is dismissed. No lunch bags will be allowed.
Please do NOT bring any electronics into the testing room. If you have your smart watch, cell phone, IPad, Laptop, etc - you MUST take it outside of your bag and place it at the front of the testing room on a cart provided. This cart will exit the testing room - electronics are NOT permitted in the testing room. If you bring these items, all must be turned in and will be removed from the room and locked in the front office until testing is dismissed. Keeping any electronic device on your person during exams will be considered testing security violations and will result in an Irregularity Report - this can result in yoru exam being cancelled and put in jeopardy your ability to take future CollegeBoard exams. DO NOT keep electronics on you or in the testing room. When you bring a device into the testing room - you do so AT YOUR OWN RISK. You are in violation of testing policy so it must be removed from the testing room - but it is your responsibility, not GLHS or any staff members - we are not responsible for your device. Do not bring devices into the testing room.
