This email will be sent to each student who has registered for the AP exam - at least one day prior to their morning (7:25am) exam.

Tomorrow morning is the AP US Government and Politics exam. Students should be to their testing location of the main gym (last names) or aux gym (last names) by 7:25am. If you have questions about where to report, please see this reminder: AP Testing Locations
We wish you the best as your prepare for the AP exams. This is a time to show your knowledge, growth and potential to gain college credits. Eat breakfast, rest well and do your best!
Exam windows for morning exams are 7:30am-12pm and afternoon exam windows are from 11:30am-4pm. Please arrange transportation accordingly as buses will not run late for AP exam administrations.
If you have two exams back to back, please make sure to have food to eat between the exams – you will have about 25-30 minutes and cannot leave for lunch – please bring a packed lunch.
Additionally, DO NOT BRING ELECTRONIC DEVICES INTO THE TESTING ROOMS. This includes cellphones, laptops, tablets, smart watches and fitness watches. All are prohibited as listed below.
Students should bring the follow items to the testing room:
#2 pencils, black or dark blue ink pens
Non-beeping/ non-smart watch, if needed
Approved calculator (Biology, Calculus, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Physics or Statistics ONLY)
Quick snacks and water/drinks are allowed during the break ONLY - no food, drinks, candy, cough drops, gum, etc. are allowed during testing, unless approved as an accommodation.
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
Cell phones, computers, smartwatches, tablets, fitness watches/bands - Last year we had many incidences of cell phones making disruptions in exams. This results in a test misadministration - which can be for the individual with the device or the entire room of students testing, removal of a student and confiscation of the device, or reports of potential cheating to the Office of Testing Integrity and CollegeBoard can and have canceled scores. LEAVE ALL ELECTRONIC DEVICES AT HOME OR IN YOUR CAR. DO NOT BRING THEM TO THE TESTING ROOM.
Books (of any kind)
Protractor or compasses
Scratch paper
Highlighters or correction fluid
Mechanical or colored pencils
