Ballot & Election Forms
Candidate Application Forms – Fill in your name, grade & position you’re running for
Nomination Ballot – Once all applications are submitted, the ballot will go live for students to cast their votes
Election Timeline – Key dates: filing deadline, campaign period + video speech, voting days, results announcement.

Campaign Videos
Each candidate may submit a short video (30–60 seconds) introducing themselves, outlining their goals and explaining why they’re a strong candidate.
Videos will be posted here and shown in the speech tab
Budget your video, plan your message, and make it authentic!
To keep things fair, respectful and fun, these rules apply to all candidates:
Campaigning may begin only after the official campaign start date.
Posters/flyers must be approved by Mr. D beforehand.
No gifts, food giveaways, or freebies to influence votes beyond the allowed budget (refer to budget guidelines)
Negative or personal attacks against other candidates are strictly prohibited.
All campaign materials (videos, posters, speeches) must comply with school policies and respect all students
Any rules violations will be reviewed by the election committee and may result in disqualification.
Voting will be secret and results will be tabulated responsibly.
Our student council operates according to its constitution and bylaws, which outline the purpose, membership, election process, duties, and amendment procedures.

Interested in representing your class?
Becoming a Class Representative is one of the easiest and most rewarding ways to get involved in Student Council — no campaigning required!
Class reps help:
Bring your grade’s ideas and concerns to council meetings
Assist with event planning and fundraising
Encourage school spirit and communication between students and StuCo
How to Apply
Simply complete the Class Representative Google Form linked below.
You’ll be asked to provide:
Your name, grade, and student ID
A short paragraph on why you’d like to be a class rep
Your availability for meetings and events
Once you submit the form, our advisor and officers will review applications. Selected representatives will be contacted via email.
