ALL PARTS OF THIS APPLICATION ARE DUE BY MARCH 7th 2026 @11:59PM, NO EXCEPTIONS!
The application consists of four requirements:
Hand Character Recommendations to all four of your fall semester teachers*
Hand Leadership Recommendations to any adult that can verify your leadership skills**
Collect signatures and proof of community service
Submit THIS GOOGLE FORM. (Community Service logs/proof will be linked/uploaded within)
*If one of your fall semester teachers is no longer at Felton Grove, please find an additional adult that can verify your character that is a current staff member. If you took an A/B Day course and have two teachers for one block, please have both teachers submit this character recommendation for you. If you would like to hand additional character recommendations to FGHS Staff Members you can ask UP TO SIX adults.
**Leadership can be verified by adults in the community, not just FGHS Staff members. This should still NOT be a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians should also NOT be the signatures on community service logs unless they are the owner or planner of the facility or event where you completed your service.
