Wednesday Academy Permission Forms

If you are planning on staying after school on Wednesday, teachers need to have a signed permission form no later than Tuesday. This allows the teachers to adjust their plans accordingly.

Please remember that all students need to be picked up by 3:30 in the bus loop (not the usual carpool lane) unless they are walking home.
