About Conn Magnet Elementary School of Entrepreneurial Design
Conn Magnet Elementary School of Entrepreneurial Design is the only school in the Wake County Public School System and North Carolina to offer an innovative Entrepreneurial Design program where students develop and employ a design thinking approach to identify problems and create innovative solutions through project-based
learning (PBL). Entrepreneurial design helps our students become the leaders of tomorrow by providing experiences that build perseverance and creativity through collaboration. Conn’s program is founded on four pillars: Entrepreneurial Design, creative course offerings, digital learning tools, and business/community partnerships. Entrepreneurial design-thinking helps our CONNtrepreneurs confidently take risks, explore new ideas, identify improvements, and prototype better solutions for our world.
