COVERED:
Anything under warranty
Anything fixed by Powerwash
Device failure not due to damage
Certain extenuating circumstances
Covered incidents receive unlimited support, including replacements.
NOT COVERED:
Intentional or accidental damage
Broken screens
Liquid spills
Lost devices
Vandalism
Students may receive ONE replacement in middle school for Not Covered incidents.
Per WCPSS policy, after two Not Covered incidents in a school year, the student is no longer eligible for a device and will use classroom loaners or ask for paper copies of assignments.
*The district may also charge a fine in certain situations.
