Reset Student Passwords

Resetting Student WakeID Passwords

  • Go to your Wake ID Portal

  • Click the "WakeID Password Reset" icon

  • Click Applications, then People

  • Search by Last Name

  • Check box beside desired student's name

  • Click "Change Password" at the bottom

  • Inform student of new password.

  • UNCHECK "User Must Change Password at Next Login" box.

Resetting Student NCEDCLOUD Passwords

  • Go to your Wake ID Portal

  • Click the Homebase (NCEdCloud icon)

  • Click Profiles (on left side)

  • Click "My Students" tab

  • Search by Last Name or Student Number

  • Check box beside desired student's name

  • Click "Change Password"

  • Inform student of new password. DO NOT check "Set Password to Default Value" OR "User Must Change Password at Next Login" boxes.
