Resetting Student WakeID Passwords
Go to your Wake ID Portal
Click the "WakeID Password Reset" icon
Click Applications, then People
Search by Last Name
Check box beside desired student's name
Click "Change Password" at the bottom
Inform student of new password.
UNCHECK "User Must Change Password at Next Login" box.

Go to your Wake ID Portal
Click the Homebase (NCEdCloud icon)
Click Profiles (on left side)
Click "My Students" tab
Search by Last Name or Student Number
Check box beside desired student's name
Click "Change Password"
Inform student of new password. DO NOT check "Set Password to Default Value" OR "User Must Change Password at Next Login" boxes.
