Starting a Student Club/Organization

  • All new clubs and student organizations must submit a club application for approval.

  • Existing organizations/clubs must submit a club renewal for at the start of each school year.

  • All clubs and student organizations must have a purpose/plan for why they are forming the club and why they are doing it.

  • New student organizations and clubs that are too similar to already existing clubs may not be approved.

  • Student government leaders and school administration will review the applications and either approve or deny requests for club charters. With the exception of clubs that received approval during the previous school year, clubs should not meet or organize before receiving written confirmation that their club has been approved.
