"If you walked into one of our Makerspaces or our STEM specials lab -- you might see 1st graders coding interactive programs that tell a story about their family story, 5th graders using Minecraft to collaboratively rebuild one of our underused school spaces to create a model of an outdoor classroom, second graders creating instruments from recycled materials, and recording tutorial videos on how sound waves work with their creations. 3rd graders working to design 3D printed prosthetic hands or coding robots to complete tasks for emergency situations."
