Hour OppOrtunities
Below you will find a regularly updated list of service hour opportunities for all Beta Club members.
Your hours sheet can be turned in to room 2320 by January 26.
REMINDERS before volunteering:
You MUST provide proof of your volunteer hours at the end of the semester and school year, so do not forget to bring your hours sheet with you to your volunteer sites!
We want to see a variety of service activities at the end of the semester and school year and not all of your hours received at one location.
We do not distinguish sponsored hours from unsponsored hours.
The listed opportunities are not your only source of volunteer hours.
You CAN NOT use the same volunteer hours for multiple clubs or honor societies- they will be checked!
*Keep in mind- when you are volunteering with an organization, whether it is affiliated with Beta Club or not, you MUST be responsible by communicating with them if you are unable to attend the volunteer opportunity you signed up for. Please do not let the advisors know and just contact who you signed up with. We want to be respectful and remember that when you don't show up, you can cause serious problems for that group. Please make sure you are representing Wakefield and the Beta Club well at all times!*
