Hello, 3rd grade families!
My name is Ashley Bunn, and I am excited about returning to the third grade team this year.
I grew up in King, North Carolina and have lived in the Triangle area for more than 30 years. All my children experienced the Olds family and I was drawn to come back to teaching when asked ....some 14 years ago.
I graduated from University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Art in K-6 Elementary Education ( a long time ago!). I have wore many hats in my career in education: montessori teacher, inclusive preschool/kindergarten teacher, ALLP teacher, TA, substitute teacher, and first, second, and third grade teacher.
I love to travel, read, any kind of sports (watching and playing), great food, and spending time with my family.
I am thrilled to have to opportunity to work with you and your child this year.
