Rental Process

RENTAL INSTRUCTIONS

Go to www.musicarts.com

 Click the Rentals tab

· Click on “Let’s Go” in the red box

· Select/Highlight public/private school (the first box), click Next

· Select/Highlight box for student’s grade level (6th for most), click Next

· Click Select School

· Type in your school's name.

· Find and select your middle school, click Save

· When will they need their instrument? Select Earliest Available Option, click Next

· Select/Highlight your Instrument (trumpet) choice, click Next

· Select a rental plan and LDW. (The LDW is optional, but it covers all costs of repairs and damages. It is pre-selected) click Next

· Select school supplies. Change quantity to zero (0) of any items you do not want. They are optional purchases; however, you will need the book for the classroom. click Next

· Review Your Summary, click add to cart

· Click Checkout

· Create a New Account (Or login if you currently have one)

· Shipping. Select Pickup at School. M&A will deliver the instrument to your school.

· Continue to Payment

· Add bank-issued credit/debit card information. Select Continue to review contract.

· Add Student’s First and Last names

· Renter Government Issued ID = Driver’s License (This is optional)

· Read and Accept Rental Terms & Conditions. Click Continue

· Review all the Information. Click Submit Order
