SYCAMORE CREEK FIFTH GRADE SUPPLY LIST

2020-2021

Please feel free to reuse items from 4th grade that are in good condition.

Since we will not be able to share items, your child’s consumable items (paper, glue sticks, pencils) may need to be replenished throughout the year.

Each student should be prepared EACH DAY! This is the list of supplies to help ensure success! Please label items with the child's name. Thank you!

___1 one-subject spiral notebook

___ 2 marble composition books (1 used for Math/Science Special and 1 for homeroom)

___ TWO 1 1/2- inch binders (Math and Science focus lesson binders)

___ 1 pack of binder dividers (EIGHT subject dividers)

___ 1 pack of colored pencils (Twistables preferred)

___ 1 pack of #2 pencils for your child’s personal use

___ 3 pocket folders with holes (Track 1, 2, & 3 only)

___ 1 soft zip pencil pouch or box

___ 1 pair of student scissors

___ 1 pack of glue sticks

___2 box of Kleenex tissues

___ Wide ruled notebook paper

___ 1 -2 Dry Erase Markers for student’s personal use

___1 pair of STURDY headphones or earbuds. (These need to last all year!)

___1 container of disinfecting wipes (When they become readily available again)
