Fall Schedule Change Requests

Students must use the Google Form to request any schedule changes. Please note that you must be logged into your WakeID to access the form.

Important Notes:

• Student schedules are not considered official until they are picked up at school on August 20 or 21.
  
  

• Schedules are subject to change prior to these dates without notice, as we continue balancing class sections.
  
  

• Schedule change requests are not guaranteed and are dependent on course availability.

🗓️ Schedule Correction Request Timeline

• August 20: The schedule change request form opens.
  
  

• September 8: Final day to submit schedule change requests.

❌ Schedule corrections will NOT be made for the following reasons:

• Requesting a different teacher
  
  

• Wanting to be in a class with friends

✅ Schedule corrections WILL be considered for:

• A course previously taken and passed
  
  

• Enrollment in an elective the student did not select as a primary or alternate choice (subject to availability)
  
  

• A hole in the schedule
  
  

• Missing prerequisites for a course

If your correction request is approved, your updated schedule will appear in Infinite Campus. Be sure to refresh your account periodically to view any changes.

Also, check your student email regularly. If your counselor needs additional information or has questions about your request, they will contact you via email.

A new printed schedule will be provided if any changes are made.
