1.   Complete the online registration at www.wcpss.net (click on “Enroll” at the top right of the page and follow the steps for the 2025-26 school year).

2.   Be prepared to upload the following:

1)   Birth Certificate

2)   Parent/Legal Guardian Photo ID

3)   Proof of your Wake County address (domicile) in the name of the birth parent or legal guardian:

a)   Current (dated within the last 30 days) water, gas, or electric bill

b)   Lease signed within the last 60 days

c)   Closing/settlement statement within the last 60 days ***Offer to Purchase agreements may not be used as proof of residence to enroll or pre-enroll at a capped school***

Once this is completed, you will receive an email with further instructions, forms, etc. to complete and the information on setting up an appointment to complete the registration in person. Please be patient with wait times; we will respond within a few days.
