Students created a Social Contract for their class today. Students collaborated in groups to answer the following questions:

1. How do you want to be treated by me (the teacher)?
2. How do you want to be treated by each other?
3. How do you think I (the teacher) want to be treated by you?
4. How do you want to treat each other when there is conflict?

The students signed the social contract to show they agree to the behaviors they came up. Students put a lot of thought into these questions and had meaningful discussions. I was very proud of them!
