Students who must leave school early for appointments or other obligations must be checked out in the front office prior to 3:15 p.m. We cannot accommodate student check-outs between 3:15 p.m. and 4:10 p.m., as this would interfere with dismissal and carpool procedures and routines.

All students must be checked out / in through the front office.

When you visit our campus, please note that you should to be prepared to answer a few questions and show us your pictureI D. Safety procedures may require additional time when picking your child up from school. Please plan accordingly and be patient with and kind to our office staff. Expect the following when you arrive on campus:

• Ring the doorbell in front of the main building.

• Be prepared to state your first and last name, your child's name, and the purpose of your visit.

• Be prepared to show us your identification on the camera by the doorbell, even if Fuller office staff knows you well.

• Sign-in as a visitor as directed by office staff or administration.

• If you are unable to comply with the requests of our staff or respond inappropriately, your access to the building will be denied until you speak with and are approved by Mr. Hernandez or Dr. Stanford. Thank you for helping to keep our school safe!

The receptionist, Ms. Brenda Yates, will help you with the electronic sign-in/sign-out system and will locate your child and have him/her come to the office. Teachers are not permitted to release students directly to parents during the school day. Teachers are required to obtain admission slips from the student before admitting him/her to class. Parents are permitted to check in and have lunch with their child, but we discourage taking students off-campus for lunch. (Kindergarten parents should wait until the teachers feel the children have adjusted to their new school environment before coming to have lunch with their child during the day.)
