Monthly Mentor Log
After each site-based BT meeting is held, the mentor must then submit a monthly mentor log.
This log is due by the 25th of each month (please keep this in mind as you plan your meeting date)
The log for each month is located in the “Monthly Meetings” folder in the Shared Mentor Folder. Each month you will complete the log using the same form. Be sure to select your meeting month.
Information provided will be used to select BTs to "Spotlight" each month.

(Any BT that did not attend New Teacher Orientation in July 2025 and is a 4 year Education School Graduate that completed a student internship)
*Alternative Licensed BTs will attend Orientation with the BT Coordinators and then report to the school/mentor with a different onboarding log.
