Any AL1 hired after NTO (July 21-23, 2026) must complete AL Logs 1 and 2. AL1 Part 2 Logs will be turned in with your BT End of Year Packets
*Any AL1 hired on or after Jan. 1, 2027 ("Late Hire") will complete AL Log 1 only. AL Log 2 will be completed in the 2027-2028 school year.

Please note that if a BT is not participating in a extracurricular duty, then they DO NOT have to complete this form.
This form needs to be kept by the mentor and turned in at the end of the school year as a part of the BT’s End-of-Year BT packet.
