Applebee's Pancake Breakfast

201808221629.pdf

From Ann Marie Moore -

We are looking for one or a few parents to help gather, make, bring, and be present at Applebees to help sell tickets to win a basket. We have on average 11-15 baskets for the sale. We set the baskets up at Applebees around 7:30 am, before we open for breakfast. I have a few baskets and tickets to begin. I am also happy to donate a basket for this event. We also sell tickets for a 50/50 that the students help sell the tickets.

Both sales take place during the Applebees Pancake breakfast. Applebees is on West Chester Pike in the Shoprite shopping center. The breakfast starts at 8am and stops selling food at 9:45am. A flyer will go out to all about the event with tickets to sell. The event is over at 10am. Before we leave, we announce the winners of the baskets and the 50/50.

The price of the breakfast is $ 8.00 per person, $7.00 for seniors, and $6.00 for children 10 and under.

We start selling tickets about 30 days before and we also sell tickets at the door. I will need parent volunteers. There will be two shifts unless you wish to work the full two hours.

I need parent volunteer or the treasurer at the door collecting money and tickets. One to two parents backing up the servers and bus people (our students) to make sure they are helping their tables. We use about 5 servers(students) per hour 8am-9am and 9am -10 am. I also need two greeters(students) at the front door and one student (opening the door for customers). This can be done in 2 shifts too.

Mr. Risch will have the student sign up. Mr. Risch will help gather band members to play at Applebees. At the end of the event, the treasurer will need to provide a check to the Rose Group which is Applebees.

To Sum it All Up:
