Managing Technology at Home

• Have one dedicated space in the home where they are allowed to use devices, this way the parents can monitor their time and tasks.

• Have a rule, that all devices must be placed in a dedicated charging station at bed time.

• They are not allowed to have their devices in their bedrooms.

• All devices are powered off during dinner time.
