Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to casey.zylla@gmail.com

• 30+ Days Before Camp Start Date: Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to the first day of camp are eligible for a full refund, minus a 5% non-refundable administrative processing fee.

• 14 to 30 Days Before Camp Start Date: Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior to the start date will receive a 50% refund. 

• Fewer Than 7 Days Before Camp Start Date: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of camp, as well as "no-shows," are non-refundable. By this time, instructor schedules and facility fees are finalized.

Weather Policy

Golf is an outdoor sport, and our camp will run rain or shine unless conditions become dangerous (e.g., lightning, flooded greens, extreme heat index).

• If light rain is in the forecast, please send your camper with appropriate rain gear.

• If we must cancel a specific camp day due to severe weather or unplayable course conditions, we will provide a make-up opportunity.
