All students at WEMS will feel connected to one or more significant adults. The advisor's purpose will be to serve as a student advocate and to foster meaningful relationships between student-teacher and student-student. Advisors will help students develop a sense of self, sense of belonging, and maintain social-emotional wellbeing.
