Solar Eclipse 2024

As you might already know, there is a total solar eclipse this year!  This is when the moon and the sun align in a way that the moon covers the sun.  In Wayne, it will last from 2:09-4:35 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).  The best places to see them are Detroit, Michigan and Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where 99% of the eclipse will be visible.  In Detroit, it will be visible from 1:58-4:27 p.m..  In Toronto, it will be visible from 2:04-4:31 p.m.  If you want to see it, make sure you have solar eclipse glasses that are up to the ISO standard (look up ISO solar eclipse glasses on Amazon or another online store).  Have fun watching!
