Who do I contact if I am having issues with my Chromebook?

What do I do if I cannot figure out what to do on an assignment?

First reread all parts of the assignment to make sure you have not missed anything. Then email your teacher to get further directions.

I’m stuck and doing my assignments at 2 am. I should email my teacher?

No! Please do not email your teacher all hours of the night. Remember we need sleep too. We recommend staying on a schedule when completing assignments. All assignments should be completed between school hours. If you have questions after hours please save those between the hours of 8:00 am - 3:15 pm.

How do I stay up to date with assignments?

It is very important to get familiar with the setup of each of your classes. We work very hard to try and make it as easy for you as possible. First and foremost, check your email EVERYDAY, preferably several times a day! This is how your teacher will make contact with you. Second, pay attention to agendas and dates. You will get an assignment every day so make sure you are completing at least one assignment per class everyday. Third, sign up for your teachers remind through the remind app so that you stay connected.

What do I do if my internet goes out?

It is very important to let your teacher know what is going on pretty quickly. You may need to call the school and let them know you are having issues so that you are not given zeros on those assignments. We know things happen and we will work with you.

How often should I check Google Classroom?

EVERY school day for EVERY class!
