#nErDcampindy is back!

Thursday, July 19th, 2018

Do you LOVE all things literacy? Do you geek out over the purchase of a new book or the ability to share one of your favorite stories with others?

At #nErDcampindy, the goal is for book lovers, teachers, and those who want to grow in their understanding and instruction of literacy to come together for a day of learning! If you have ever attended nErDcampMI or any other EDcamp, you will be familiar with the day's layout. It will begin like any other educational conference with two speaker-led sections. Then, after lunch, attendees will have the opportunity to lead their own break-out sessions focused on topics such as current instructional practices, wonderings, connections of literacy and technology, science, and math, just to name a few. Additionally, this year we have scheduled in an author signing session after our morning speakers!

Share the word with others, begin to think about YOUR questions or areas of expertise, and plan to attend the first ever #nErDcampindy!

Are you interested in being one of the morning session presenters?

Please contact Laura West at laura.west@wayne.k12.in.us or Alicia Erwin at alicia.erwin@wayne.k12.in.us. Include your idea with a 3-5 sentence description as well as the intended audience, for example K-12, primary, secondary, etc.
