Itslearning Error Message:
If you have a student getting an "not authorized..." error message when they are going into itslearning. Most likely this is not a Rapid Identity or an itslearning issue and it can be solved by asking the student to clear their browser. I have included instructions on how to clear their browser. In some instances, this may take multiple attempts.
