Hello band families!
You have found the 5th grade Wayland band blog! This is where you will find useful information about your child's instrument.
This week, you will find a link to a VERY IMPORTANT video below. This video will provide a detailed reminder about how to care for your child's instrument. It is important that every band member knows how to grease, oil, and set the instrument up properly. If they do it incorrectly, they may damage the instrument. Please watch this video WITH your child.
NEW BOOK: If you have not already done so, please order your child the new Essential Elements book 2 from Amazon or Leonards music. We will be starting it next week.
Please check back on Monday of every week to see what we are doing in band.
Band students,
We are practicing out new warmups and our pep band music this week. Your sticker song will be the 1st half of Let's Go Band. Are you ready?
