Our innovative program combines the power of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math to inspire young minds and equip them with essential 21st-century skills. Packed with thrilling, hands-on activities and creative projects, this program is perfect for curious and tech-savvy kids who want to explore, innovate, and create!
STEAM Explorers is a redesigned middle school program built for curious, creative, and hands-on learners. This new version focuses on student choice, innovation, and real-world exploration through STEAM, arts, media, and active experiences.
Students will have access to rotating innovation studios and project stations, such as:

Cooking & Culinary Exploration Days

Video Production & Media Studio
Student Newsletter & Broadcast Projects
VR & Minecraft Challenges

It’s a choose-your-path exploration model where students rotate through interest-based stations and projects each day.
Special Features:
This choice is available only for K–8 students enrolled in the full-day (9:00–3:30) program. Families select one afternoon option for the entire week (no daily changes):
• Wayland Community Pool open swim — Swim test required; floaties provided if needed
• On-site enrichment — STEAM, Robotics, Shark Tank projects, and special indoor and outdoor games (weekly schedule varies)
