Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment. If you do not provide 24 hours' notice, or if you fail to show up for your scheduled session, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session. Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Completed Sessions: Payments for sessions already conducted are non-refundable as they represent time and professional services rendered.
Pre-paid Sessions: If you have pre-paid for a session and cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, you may request a full refund or apply the credit to a future session.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Stripe) within 5–10 business days.
