Eligibility: A US citizen who is completing high school or GED by July 1, 2026, planning to attend a not-for-profit community college or trade/vocational school with an associate’s degree, certificate, or diploma program by September 1, 2026, not enrolled in a pre-requisite course, who demonstrates financial need
