Gear Vision

Professional learning is changing with new opportunities for learning, but the delivery is still very much the same. While many processes are in place, we are still working on incorporating the digital aspect into our professional learning. Over the past two years, our district has taken a huge step forward in our PD approach. We feel confident in our current approach. The district has a solid base for professional learning. Additional 21st century skills and training would be beneficial.

Develop a culture that encourages innovation in the use of 21st Century skills through high levels of communication and an emphasis on why 21st Century skills are important and how they advance learning.
