The Wausau School District utilizes Canvas for their Learning Management System. A Learning Management System (LMS ) or Learning Platform is a web-based program that allows teachers to build and organize resources used in the classroom including lesson plans, assignments, assessments, projects, and more. It also provides a way for teachers, students, and parents to communicate with each other.

The Wausau School District utilizes Infinite Campus for their Student Information System. A Student Information System (SIS) is a management information system for education establishments to manage student data. Student information systems provide capabilities for registering students in courses, documenting grading, transcripts, results of student tests and other assessment scores, building student schedules, tracking student attendance, and managing many other student-related data needs in a school.
