2nd Grade

Air and Weather

Students start the year learning about air, properties of air, clouds, wind, and how to predict the weather!

Students learn about earth, the rotation of earth, the moon, and stars! They also visit the planetarium!

Students learn about solids and liquids and are able to compare and contrast between them!

Students learn all about plants, how they grow, the different parts of a plant, and even grow their own plants!

THIS WEEK: 2nd Grade is wrapping up their mini-Earth/space unit. We will learn about fast and slow changes on Earth after break
