Goal Number 1: Build a reading culture. Increase the volume of middle and high school students using the library space. Collaboration with Middle and High school English teachers.
Meet consistently with middle and high school English classes throughout the year to engage them in library materials and how to access them.
Provide middle and high school staff with brief updates to library collection (emails, book talks, book displays)
Goal Number 2: Increase community involvement with public library.
Reach out to had librarian and inquire about possible opportunities for joint programming
Library card sign up month (September), National Library Week (April 23-29, 2023), possible after school programs
Collaborate with public library to promote literacy incentives for students and families
