Manage Common School Funds to purchase books, technology, and materials for the library
Purchase and maintain online subscriptions that support teachers building-wide
Analyze digital resource usage to determine value of renewing subscriptions
Seek input from staff and students for purchase requests
Increased purchasing informational books for elementary students and teachers since they are the most consistent users of the library
Opportunities for Growth
Consistently communicate with staff and students in order to promote both purchased resources (software subscriptions, books, digital tools, etc.)Â as well as the free resources such as BadgerLink, PBS Learning Media, and Epic digital books.
Run a Titlewave collection analysis at least twice a year in the district to support weeding and purchasing of books.
