Mrs. Meinholz has been teaching for 24 years with the last 19 years at Waunakee High School while being a DECA advisor and Warrior Corner (school store) advisor. She believes in community service and giving back as well as exploring the many career options that marketing & business has to offer. When she's not at the high school, she is spending time with her husband Ben and three children. Her passions outside of school are scrapbooking, listening to audio books, working on puzzles, and going to baseball games for her son's Road Warriors team.

Mrs. Biermeier is in her 7th year of teaching and advising DECA, and her 4th year at Waunakee. She is passionate about all of the opportunities that DECA offers students to explore careers, give back to the community, and grow as leaders. She is also the co-advisor for Future Educators Club and Best Buddies. When she's not at school, Mrs. Biermeier spends time with her husband, their baby, Brooks, and their two dogs!

Vishnu is a junior at Waunakee High School looking to enter the business field. Vishnu is passionate about how DECA provides various opportunities for its members to grow. He is a leadership council member for Wisconsin DECA. Outside of being a DECA officer, Vishnu plays tennis in his free time and he enjoys volunteering. In the summer, he enjoys working as a camp counselor at Camp Invention.

Samuel is a junior at Waunakee High School, and enjoys how DECA has allowed him to explore not only the business world, but also other fields such as hospitality and tourism or skills such as public speaking and creative thinking. Samuel hopes for other members to have similar growth by providing them with opportunities to excel in competition and personally connect with the information they learn along the way.

Ali is a sophomore at Waunakee High School. She enjoys volunteering at various community events. Her favorite DECA memory is going to ICDC in Anaheim, California, last year, where she met people from all over the country and was provided the opportunity to network and gain leadership skills. Outside of DECA, Ali loves reading, playing softball, hanging out with her friends, and hiking & traveling with her family. After graduating high school, she is looking to go into the Business or Science field.

Morgan is a senior who enjoys being involved in many clubs and activities at Waunakee High School. She plays Tennis for Waunakee High School in the fall and Club Volleyball in the Winter and Spring, as well as coaching youth volleyball. She loves to read, hike, hang out with friends, and volunteer. She has competed in DECA in the past year, medaling in roleplays and exams and being a finalist at Districts. Morgan had a great experience attending ICDC in the 2023-2024 school year where she met a lot of new DECA friends while in Leadership Academy. In the next year, she is looking to study Marketing and Finance in college. 

Maya is a junior at Waunakee High School and is looking to go into the financial advisory field.

Lily is a Sophomore at Waunakee High School and looking to go into the marketing/business field. Her favorite DECA experience has been competing at ICDC during April and meeting new people, as well as connecting more within her chapter. She also enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
