I think this Excel Gradebook system is a great and easy way for teachers to assess grades and point out any student who may be struggling and get them the extra support they need as quickly as possible.The formatting especially was easy to follow and my favorite feature was after doing one calculation if I just dragged it down it would do the rest of them for me that saves a lot of time. In the future this gradebook can help me quickly figure out who is not doing well in my class and compare it to the average scores of the class to see if they really are falling behind or if all the students are struggling on a certain topic it's something I can go over again to make sure that they all get the concept.
Out of Williams “five Key Strategies” I think elicit evidence would be best since the teacher will be able to see if the student is improving on each test or not they can provide advice on how to do better on the next test whether that's going to see a tutor or trying out a different study method or even spending 1v1 time with the teacher to better understand what they are learning.
