Personal Wellness Reflection Expectations
Each week you are expected to reflect on your personal wellness in a way that works best for you. Your reflection may consist of a journal entry, personal podcast/vlog, drawing, etc. It is suggested that if you compile your weekly reflections into a shared Google Doc or Google Slide presentation with your teacher.
Below is a list of suggestions on how you can compile your weekly reflections, but if you may use any method that works best for you that can also be shared with your teacher.
- If you are journaling/drawing in a handwritten journal, snap a photo and put into a Google Slide (one slide/week)
- If you are podcasting/vlogging -- audio/video can be inserted into a Google Slide (one slide/week)
- If you want to journal online, a Google Doc may be best
- If you want to create a virtual scrapbook, trying using Google Slides (or create a Padlet)
Based on the weekly objectives, a reflection topic will be presented and should be answered based on your personal well-being, experiences, and growth towards a physically fit and literate future. Weekly reflections are assessed based on completion, as there are no right or wrong answers. Reflections should build on previous reflections and should reflect YOU.
