Students who receive accommodations through an individualized education plan (IEP), 504 plan, or limited English proficient plan (LEP) must apply for accommodations through CCC&TI if taking CCC&TI courses through WIA.
If you would like to utilize your accommodations for your CCC&TI course, you will have to apply for accommodations through CCC&TI. While your IEP, 504, or LEP plan provides access to your accommodations for high school courses, documentation must be submitted to CCC&TI in order for students to be provided accommodations.
Complete the Accessibility Services Application.
Provider fills out Accessibility Documentation Form.
Please note, a student's IEP, 504, or LEP plan may be submitted as documentation. CCC&TI will ultimately determine whether additional documentation needs to be provided for a student to receive accommodations.
