IMPORTANT!! Before coming to the first practice, all athletes and parents must fill out all athletic participation forms through Family ID. These forms can be found at the following link:
All athletes must have a current physical (within the past 395 days) on file before they can participate. They must also be academically eligible and meet attendance requirements.
From this point on, any athlete getting a new physical should use the following form:

Due to the lack of athletic bus drivers, athletic buses will not transport athletes from their home school to the practice site. Parents are responsible for getting the athletes to the different practice sites. We will do everything possible to provide transportation to and from the away contests. The buses that are traveling to the away contests will leave from Watauga High School. Each individual coach will communicate what time the activity bus will leave the high school for each game.
