Due to COVID - 19 this resource is not a full remote service (Facetime, Zoom, or phone). The teams are focusing on 5 different areas:
1. Crisis response/safety planning/risk assessments.
2. Peer support for caregivers.
3. Coordination of care with a focus on connecting to long term support
4. Individual and family support for the duration of the 7 day services. These services are provided via telehealth option via video chat, phone and text message.
5. Supporting families in managing this stressful time (building structure, accessing financial resources, food, etc.).
