The Washougal Adult Transition Program is always looking to build more community partnerships that provide opportunities for community-based learning for students.
WATP students are dependable, reliable, and want to learn new skills!
WATP supports students with learning objectives at work sites and has a job coach present.
To support student independence and develop stronger employment skills, WATP coordinates with the community partner and job coach to determine when to use a fading protocol that allows a student to volunteer independently without a job coach present.
WATP works closely with community partners to problem solve.
If you are interested in becoming a community partner, please let us know by filling in this form.
