PAPERWORK

All required paperwork can be downloaded for you to print at home here in the “Paperwork” folder or picked up in the front office (Tech & Performers have different packets).

Completed packets must be turned in to Mrs. Yardley (Room 603) no later than August 18th.
This deadline is firm—no exceptions will be made. Please plan ahead and be responsible so everything is submitted on time. I love you all, I feel for you, and it crushes me if you come to me late. I want to take EVERYONE! But unfortunately we cannot, and if the packets are not turned in on time, it is not fair to those who followed instructions.

Every packet must be fully completed and signed by a parent/guardian BEFORE turning it in. Incomplete packets will not be accepted and will not receive an audition time.

Audition Order will be posted on this website and on the doors of the Little Theatre & our school's front doors by 8:00 PM on August 18th.
