First time Alma user instruction:

Accessing Alma as a parent/guardian requires a valid email address to be on file. If you are moving into the district, your account will be created in Alma and an automated activation email will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.

Once the activation email is received in your email box, you should watch our Alma Guide video before proceeding.

If you have not received an activation email, you must call a school secretary to verify your email address on file. The secretary can then resend the activation email.

Existing Users Who Forgot Their Alma Password:

(For parents/guardians only) If you have accessed Alma in the past but have now forgotten your password, we will need to reset it. You must call a school secretary who can send a password reset link to your email address on file. The password reset email will include a link to a secure site where you can enter a new password.

Students and Staff who forgot their password should contact the Technology Department.
