In math class, students will practice math computation skills and how to apply them to real-world examples.
Students work through the Prentice Hall Mathematics Course 1 curriculum to improve their math computation and problem solving skills. They may have a short homework assignment a few times per week. More information can be found on your student's Google Classroom page.
Math Concepts and Application
Ensuring students understand basic math operations and how to use them is a life skill. Students will use a math curriculum titled Mathematics: Course 1 focuses on building pre-algebra skills through daily note taking, practice, guided problem solving, vocabulary and study skills.
