All About Mrs. Stauffer
Teaching is an exciting and rewarding career. I graduated from Messiah University in 2017 with a Bachelor's in Elementary and Special Education. I began my teaching career at Ephrata, where I spent four years teaching supplemental learning support. In 2020 I earned a Masters degree in curriculum and instruction from American College of Education. I became a Warwick Warrior in 2021, and am a learning support teacher for the 7C team. I also coach field hockey for Warwick.
In my free time I like to read, create artwork, travel, play and coach field hockey, watch other sports, and spend time with my family and friends. I have two daughters, ages 4 and 2, and I am enjoying watching them learn and grow!
I believe that strong connections with my students help them become successful learners. I teach the growth mindset - my class is a space where mistakes are expected and welcome. With challenge and practice students can grow their brains. I strive to implement technology, hands-on activities, and problem solving activities in my class often.
