Basil Rutgers Devotion DMR - featuring Downy Mildew resistance so good it’s patented! Forms large, cupped leaves with a slightly sweet and spicy aroma. Compact plant is highly productive. Great in pesto, Italian dishes, or in fresh salads or soups.
Marjoram Sweet - Sweetly flavored leaves are used in meats, eggs, and sausages. Also great in Italian and Greek cooking. Sweeter flavor than oregano.
Thyme vulgaris English - Widely used for seasoning, fresh or dried. Retains flavor well. Hardy, wide, dark green leaves. Used to flavor soups and casserole dishes.
Parsley Darki - Indispensable kitchen herb! A must in the French “bouquet garni”. Darki is a premium variety that forms a clump of very tight, curled dark green leaves. Its flavor is excellent and it is even cold weather tolerant.
Sage Purple - Leaves are purple-green and aromatic. Blooms mauve blue in the summer. Some culinary uses as common sage.
